FAQ

  • Words of Remembrance (commonly referred to as a eulogy) may be offered only when there has been no wake service for the deceased.

    In such a case, one family member may prepare a short text to be read prior to the beginning of the Funeral Mass. If you are requesting permission for Words of Remembrance, please call 631-864-1623 to obtain approval.

    *Please do not ask on the day of the Funeral Mass to “say a few words,” putting the priest or minister on the spot in that way.
